Also known as a combination of Wild Jujube Seed, this combination of herbs is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, menopausal symptoms, and nightmares. However, it’s important to note that in Chinese Medicine, herbs are prescribed according to an individual’s TCM diagnosis and not the sole symptom.
Herbal medicines are usually prescribed in tablet or granule form, depending on the herbal combination prescribed.
