Also known as Bupleurum and Tangkuei Combination, this formula is often used to support stress, anxiety, sleep disturbance, fertility, menstrual symptoms, and building blood. However, it’s important to note that in Chinese Medicine, herbs are prescribed according to an individual’s TCM diagnosis and not the sole symptom.
Herbal medicines are usually prescribed in tablet form or granule form, depending on the herbal combination prescribed.
Herbs: Chai Hu, Dang gui, Bai Shao, Bai Zhu, Fu Ling, Zhi Gan Cao, Bo He, Sheng Jiang.
